I came with my children, aged 3 and a half and 15, for New Year's. We stayed for 6 days and were very well received by the hotel staff, both at breakfast and whenever we needed anything. My absolute favorite was Glykeria, an angel, a wonderful person. My 3-year-old daughter fell in love with her instantly. She was so kind and caring, and she was very attentive to us. I will definitely return to the Inn Eswage Hotel for Glykeria. Thank you for everything! (A small suggestion: it would have been perfect with a microwave in the breakfast room. Thank you for everything, see you soon!)
It was a last minute decision to stay over for our London theatre trip & we're looking for a Premier close to the tubeline. We always use Premier because we know the accommodation will be clean & reasonably priced. We weren't disappointed, a brilliant location with car parking. The hotel & room was very clean. Great nights sleep in a comfy bed, with a mid day check out so there was no to rush in the morning. The automatic check in made it very easy to check in when we arrived & the lovely Glykeria was there when we checked out We definitely will be booking this Premier again !
Can't fault the hotel. In an unbelievably good location of the M1, close to the overground station..hotel was clean, room was immaculate. The bathroom was very run down, bath tub covers were blown, flooring was peeling but this cosmetic stuff can be repaired. Christina on reception was an absolute delight and couldn't have been more helpful when we checked in early. Car parking is expensive at £17.00 after discount but there was always space I suppose. Be sure to pay every time you exit in your car. All in all, great hotel and location. Keep up the good work.
We arrived late after travelling in the pouring rain and staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We have stayed here before and find it is a great base for our trips into central London. We will no doubt stay again. The breakfast bar is always full, fresh with great service if needed from the staff. Thank you.
Need to say in the restaurant area a gentleman named Charles was of great assistance, extremely hospitable, going that extra mile . I’m having a couple of days rest here at the premiere after having surgery and because my mobility is somewhat restricted. Charles was there for my every need . Nothing was too much effort for him. He is a fine example of how everyone in the hospitality business should be
We walked in for breakfast to celebrate our son's birthday with family and friends. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Nothing is too much of a bother. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. My son enjoyed his celebration so much.
The stay here was amazing. Everything was clean and I felt comfortable sleeping here. Glykeria was amazing at the breakfast buffet. She was very helpful when informing us about the food and what time we had to clock out. Very friendly and welcoming! :)
We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was perfectly organized. My two children had such a great time – there was plenty of space for them to play, and the staff were always so kind to them. A special thanks to the lady at the reception who welcomed us — she was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything we needed. We’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommended
